Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 250 words.
• Abstracts may be submitted for oral presentations on freely selected topics.
• A minimum of three objectives should be included at the end of the abstract.
• Figures, photos, tables, and illustrations are not permitted within the abstract.
• Upon submission, applicants will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of their abstract.
• No modifications can be made after the abstract has been submitted.
• Incomplete abstracts will be automatically withdrawn.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent electronically.
• Applicants are requested to attach a high-resolution personal photo and a short CV with their submission.
• Accepted Jordanian speakers are kindly requested to be active members of the Jordan Dental Association.
• In appreciation of their scientific contribution, and as a gesture of support to the Association, accepted Jordanian speakers will be invited to complete their conference registration and pay the applicable conference fees upon acceptance.

Presentation Duration

• Oral Research Presentation: 30 minutes
• Oral Presentation on a Freely Selected Subject: 45 minutes
